Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC took part in the annual general meeting of the International Association of Exchanges.

Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC took part in the annual general meeting of members of the International Association of Exchanges from April 17 to 20 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. During the event, discussion was about innovations in electronic trading, infrastructure development and prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation.

The event brought together leading commodity and stock exchanges of the CIS and neighboring countries to exchange experiences and discuss key trends in the field of exchange and electronic trading.

During the meeting, such questions were raised as issues of further inter-exchange cooperation, promising directions for the development of exchanges in the CIS countries, as well as planned projects in the field of exchange trading and financial markets.

In addition, the meeting participants approved the report of the Executive Directorate, the conclusion of the Audit Commission, as well as the annual report on the results of financial and economic activities of IAE CIS for 2023. As part of the annual General Meeting of Members of the International Association of Exchanges of the CIS Countries (IAB CIS), a regular meeting of the Commodity Markets Committee of the IAB CIS was also held. It was attended by representatives of 6 exchanges from Kazakhstan (Caspy Exchange, ETS Exchange), Russia (National Commodity Exchange), the Republic of Belarus (Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange), Uzbekistan (Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange) and Kyrgyzstan (Kyrgyz Stock Exchange).
