Sellers:

1. Petroleum Products Sellers – petroleum product manufacturers and oil suppliers included in the supply plan;

2. Bitumen Sellers – bitumen producers and owners of bitumen obtained from the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials owned by them on the basis of ownership or other legal grounds.

Buyers:

1. Petroleum Products Buyers – wholesale petroleum product suppliers, retail petroleum product distributors, and end consumers with at least two years of experience in the petroleum products market, as well as those continuously registered for value-added tax (VAT) at a single legal address for no less than two years;

2. Aviation Fuel Buyers – airlines, airports;

3. Bitumen Buyers – individuals and legal entities engaged in road construction and repair, possessing the required infrastructure for bitumen storage, as well as entities with appropriate bitumen storage facilities admitted to exchange trading on the commodity exchange on the basis of information provided by the state authority responsible for road construction and repair.

Delivery Terms: FCA, EXW (Incoterms 2020)
Lot Size: 65 tons
Price Corridor: The price level formed during the trading session may not exceed more than 101% of the base price.
Guarantee Collateral: 15% of the expected transaction amount must be deposited at least one business day prior to the trading session into the account of the Clearing Center LLP “Kazenergy Consult.” Funds are refundable upon fulfillment of the transaction obligations.
