Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange “Kaspiy”, based on the letter received from LLP “VostokUgolProm” outgoing ИСХ-894-2025 dated 2025.11.28 and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by Order No. 280 of March 30, 2015, of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, informs all participants of trading in household coal about the holding of an additional trading session for unsold volumes under the supply plan for December 2025.
The additional trading session will be held for one day on December 12, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 Astana time. Trading will be conducted on the following trading instrument:
CL4EXQKG – Republic of Kazakhstan (5 lots), with a base price of 8,755.68 tenge (Eight thousand seven hundred fifty-five tenge 68 tiyn), and the maximum bid price of 8,843.24 tenge (Eight thousand eight hundred forty-three tenge 24 tiyn). Technical specifications: Coal grade D, household coal, size class 25–300 mm, Qri (lower calorific value) – 5000 kcal/kg, Sdt (sulfur) – 0.50%, Ad (ash content) – 16%, Wrt (total moisture) – 14.0%, Vdaf (volatile matter) – 47.0%, ST LLP 151140021791-12-073-2022. Lot size – 350 tons. Payment terms – 100% prepayment no later than 2 (two) days before the start of shipment. Delivery term – T+3 months (where T is the date of the transaction). Delivery terms – EXW, Delivery basis – Karazhyra coal mine. The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine; all other expenses, including logistics, are paid in addition to the price at which the transaction is concluded on the commodity exchange.

The maximum bid size shall not exceed 3 lots.
Shipment of household coal within the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out in accordance with paragraph 235 of the Rules of Exchange Trading, namely to the regions where coal operators are registered according to the List of Regional Household Coal Operators.
