JSC “Caspy Commodity Exchange” hereby notifies that the Exchange’s clearing center, KazEnergy Consult LLP, has been granted a state license to carry out clearing activities in the field of commodity exchanges.

The state license was issued by the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 06 January 2026, under License No. KZ32LAZ00000025.

The granting of the license confirms that KazEnergy Consult LLP fully complies with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing entities engaged in clearing activities, and possesses the requisite organizational, financial, operational, and procedural arrangements necessary to ensure the stable, reliable, and continuous provision of clearing services.

In the course of its activities, the clearing center acts in the interests of clients and market participants, placing primary emphasis on comprehensive risk management, transparency and integrity of clearing procedures, timeliness and accuracy of clearing and settlement operations, as well as the maintenance of high standards of service and operational support.
