We hereby clarify the results of the competition for selecting commodity exchanges authorized to conduct trading in socially significant exchange-traded goods.

According to the governing Rules (Order No. 216-NҚ of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 24, 2025), the winners of the competition are no more than two commodity exchanges that scored the highest points based on the total sum of all points assigned by the Commission members, without using average values.

According to the official notification from the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC “Caspian Commodity Exchange” has been recognized as the winner of the competition.

The application of the second participant — JSC “Eurasian Trading System Exchange” — was recognized as the second winner, but with a conditional status. This means that the second winner will be entitled to conduct trading in socially significant exchange-traded goods only if the test of the electronic trading system’s source code confirms its compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and information security.
