On September 17–18, 2026, a delegation of JSC “Caspy Commodity Exchange”, headed by President Murat Kadissov, participated in the General Annual Meeting of the International Association of Exchanges in St. Petersburg.

Following the participation, five key areas for further work were identified:
1. International Experience
Practical approaches to the organization and development of exchange markets in different countries were studied. For CCX, it is important to take international experience into account and apply solutions whose effectiveness has been proven in practice.

2. Development of Kazakhstan’s Commodity Market
CCX presented its position on further improvement of Kazakhstan’s organized commodity market and emphasized the importance of taking international practices into account when developing national regulation.

3. EAEU
The prospects for establishing a common exchange space and further cooperation among commodity exchanges within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union were discussed.

4. Technology and Infrastructure
Particular attention was paid to the development of clearing, digitalization, modern trading mechanisms, and improving the efficiency of exchange infrastructure.

5. Direct Interaction Between Exchanges
Professional contacts with representatives of the international exchange community were expanded. The next step is to move from information exchange to practical cooperation and the implementation of joint initiatives.

For CCX, participation in the International Association of Exchanges is not only an opportunity to study international experience, but also to present the position of Kazakhstan’s commodity exchange market on an international professional platform.

The key outcome is that international experience should be transformed into concrete solutions for the further development of Kazakhstan’s commodity exchange market.
