The Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange “Caspian”, in accordance with paragraph 82 of Chapter 9 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 March 2015, hereby informs trading participants of the re-offering for trading of the volumes under exchange transaction No. CCX-CL8-4201, concluded on 11 September 2026 during the trading session from 11:00 to 12:00 and subsequently cancelled by the Commodity Exchange.

According to the outgoing letter No. 01.6-2725 of JSC “Shubarkol Komir” dated 11 September 2026, the said volumes will be re-offered for trading during an additional trading session on 28 September 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00 Astana time.

Trading instrument — CL8FCPKS; delivery region — Kostanay Region; volume — 670 tonnes (2 lots); base price — KZT 9,773.89 per tonne, including VAT.

Information on the cancellation of the above exchange transaction is available in the previously published notice “On the Cancellation of Exchange Transactions and Re-Offering for Trading of Volumes of Utility and Household Coal of JSC “Shubarkol Komir” for the Supply in December 2026” dated 11 September 2026.
