Hereby, the trading department of Kaspiy Commodity Exchange JSC informs all participants of the oil products trading, the schedule of trading sessions with delivery for the month of September 2026. Trading sessions will take place over five trading days.:

1. Gasoline: 11, 14, 16, 17, 18 September 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Astana time.
2. Aviation fuel for airlines: September 11, 14, 16, 17, 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00 Astana time.
3. Aviation fuel for retail sellers – September 18, 2026 from 14:00 to 15:00 Astana time
4. Diesel fuel: 11, 14, 16, 17, 18 September 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00 Astana time.
5. Petroleum bitumen road: 11, 14, 16, 17, 18 September 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Astana time.

The buyers of gasoline and diesel fuel on the commodity exchange are wholesale suppliers of petroleum products, retail sellers of petroleum products and end consumers.

Aviation fuel buyers are airlines (end users) and retail sellers of aviation fuel. Aviation fuel auctions are conducted according to the (4+1) principle, in the first 4 sessions only aviation companies participate as buyers, in the fifth trading session airports and retail sellers of aviation fuel.

Buyers of road bitumen are individuals and legal entities engaged in the construction and repair of highways with appropriate infrastructure for bitumen storage, as well as persons with appropriate infrastructure for bitumen storage, admitted to trading on the commodity exchange on the basis of information provided by the government authority responsible for the construction and repair of highways. roads. The list of buyers of road bitumen is posted on the official Internet resource of the state body responsible for the construction and repair of highways.

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to deposit a guarantee in the Clearing Center in the amount of 15% of the estimated transaction amount.

Purchase orders are submitted through your broker, or you need to be accredited as a dealer.

According to the decision of the Subcommittee on petroleum Products of the Exchange Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Protocol No. 19 dated 06/07/2022, the organizers of the auction of petroleum products recommended to set the maximum volume of bids for purchase and sale:

- gasoline and diesel fuel – in the amount of 390 tons;

- fuel for jet engines – in the amount of 195 tons;

- road bitumen – in the amount of 195 tons.

The maximum price level of an oil product formed during a trading session should not exceed 101 percent of the base price.

The procedure for trading in petroleum products is provided for in Chapter 24 of the Exchange Trading Rules, approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015.
