The Trading Department of JSC Caspy Commodity Exchange, based on the letter received from JSC "Shubarkol Komir", outgoing No. 01.6-2506 dated August 25, 2026, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Exchange Trading Rules approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015, hereby informs all participants of communal and household coal trading about the commencement of trading sessions for the additional volume of communal and household coal under the delivery plan for December 2026.

The trading sessions will be held over five trading days from September 7 to September 11, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 Astana time. Trading will be conducted under the following trading instruments:

CL8FCJKS – Zhetisu Region (10 lots)

CL8FCMKS – Karaganda Region (10 lots)

CL8FCNKS – Kyzylorda Region (10 lots)

CL8FCPKS – Kostanay Region (10 lots)

CL8FCSKS – Pavlodar Region (10 lots)

CL8FCTKS – North Kazakhstan Region (10 lots)

CL8FCXKS – Turkistan Region (10 lots)

CL8FCIKS – Ulytau Region (5 lots)

CL8FCAKS – Almaty city (10 lots)

CL8FCZKS – Astana city (10 lots)

CL8FCYKS – Shymkent city (10 lots)

With the following technical specifications – sorted coal (50–300 mm), grade D, subgroup DV, for household needs of the population, low ash content, ST RK 1526-1-2022, lot size – 335 tonnes, payment terms – 100% advance payment no later than 20 calendar days before the beginning of the shipment month, advance security – 1% within 5 working days from the date of signing the contract, delivery period – T+3 months (where T is the date of conclusion of the transaction), delivery terms – FCA, delivery basis – Kyzylzhar station/Shubarkol station (KS). The indicative delivery plan for communal and household coal for 2026 is available on www.ccx.kz under the sections "Coal" – "Market and Results" – "Delivery Plan".

The base price at the first trading session for all trading instruments will be 9,392.52 tenge (Nine thousand three hundred ninety-two tenge 52 tiyn) per tonne, including VAT.

The maximum bid price will be 9,486.45 tenge (Nine thousand four hundred eighty-six tenge 45 tiyn).

The maximum bid size shall not exceed 3 lots (1,005 tonnes).

Due to the lengthy approval of the production plan, December 2026 is designated as the delivery month.
