Hereby, the trading department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC, based on a letter received from Shubarkol Komir JSC, ex. No. 01.6-0968 dated 04/06/2026, due to the failure to set volumes for individual regions at the last main trading session held on April 06, 2026, informs all bidders in municipal coal about the holding of the main trading sessions with annual contracts for municipal coal for the supply of June -December 2026. The trading session will be held during one trading day on April 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Astana time. Trading will take place on the following trading instruments:

CL15FCTKS - North Kazakhstan region (8 lots)
CL15FCXKS - Turkestan region (45 lots)
CL15FCIKS - Ulytau region (2 lots)
CL15FCAKS - Almaty (4 lots)
CL15FCZKS - Astana (11 lots)
CL15FCIKS - Shymkent (25 lots)
With the following technical characteristics - Ordinary coal (0-300mm) grade D, subgroup DV, for household needs of the population, low ash content of ST RK 1526-1-2022, lot size 483 tons, payment terms - 100% prepayment of the agreed monthly supply volume, 20 calendar days before the beginning of the month of shipment, pre-provision of 3% of the amount transactions no later than 5 business days from the date of signing the contract, delivery date June - December 2026 according to the delivery schedule, FCA delivery terms, Delivery base - Kyzylzhar station/ Shubarkol station (KS). The base amount for all trading instruments will be 9,270.54 tenge (Nine thousand two hundred and seventy) tenge 54 thousand per ton, including VAT.
The maximum bid price will be 9,363.25 tenge (Nine thousand three hundred and sixty-three) tenge 25 tiyn.
The maximum bid size is not more than 3 lots (1,449) tons.
The shipment of municipal coal under the concluded deals will be carried out from June to December 2026 according to the delivery schedules.
